Please note: DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE NOW DOWNSIZED THE FAMILY HOME, I NO LONGER HAVE ROOM FOR MY "GILBERT" COLLECTION (I CAN HEAR MY WIFE CHEERING IN THE BACKGROUND!!), THEREFORE MY ENTIRE COLLECTION OF MACHINES, RECORDS, DOCUMENTATION, SPARES, EPHEMERA, AND MEMORABILIA IS FOR SALE, EITHER AS A JOB LOT (INCLUDING THIS WEBSITE) OR IN PART. As an avid collector of Gilbert Gramophones (presently 82 machines-and rising!!!), I have produced this website to help increase knowledge and awareness of these fascinating machines. I would dearly like to hear from any other "Gilbert" owners or collectors with any information or photos they may have regarding Gilbert Gramophones so that the information can be included within this site for the benefit of others.
